Clean the panoramic shield lens daily using a mild soap solution or optical lens spray. Work from the centre outward in gentle circular motions across the full shield surface.
Dry with a soft, lint-free microfibre cloth. Never use paper towels, tissues or rough fabrics. The anti-fog coating can be permanently damaged by abrasive wiping.
Sanitise between patients using an alcohol-free clinical grade wipe across the full inner and outer shield surface. Allow to fully air dry before reuse.
Check for crazing or cloudiness regularly. A scratched or crazed shield compromises optical clarity and protection, replace immediately if damaged.
Never use acetone, ammonia, bleach or solvent-based cleaners. These cloud polycarbonate and degrade UV and anti-fog treatments.
Store flat or upright in the protective case, lens-side up, away from sharp objects and direct sunlight.
