There is no minimum for standard online orders. Volume discounts begin at 10 pairs. For formal institutional supply with purchase orders and compliance documentation, we typically work with orders of 20 or more pairs, though we assess each enquiry individually.

Yes. We recommend trialling 1–3 pairs across your team before committing to a larger order. You can order samples directly through our online store at standard pricing. Contact us when ordering samples and we'll note your organisation for follow-up and apply any relevant bulk discount when you confirm your full order.

10–19 pairs: 10% off. 20–39 pairs: 15% off. 40+ pairs: institutional pricing negotiated on enquiry. Discounts apply to the standard retail price and are confirmed at the quotation stage.

Yes. For Team Orders (10–40 pairs) and Institutional Supply (40+ pairs), we accept purchase orders and can issue a formal tax invoice. Payment terms are available for approved institutional accounts. Online credit card payment is available for all order sizes. Contact us to discuss your organisation's procurement requirements.

We provide a complete documentation bundle including: Product Data Sheet (PDS), Instructions for Use (IFU), Declaration of Conformity for Australian (AS/NZS 1337.1) and US (ANSI Z87.1) standards, Risk & Limitations Statement, and Test Report References covering optical clarity, impact resistance, and UV protection. All documentation is available as downloadable PDF.

Standard team orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Institutional orders involving multi-site consolidation or custom configuration may require 5–10 business days. We confirm lead times at quotation stage and prioritise bulk orders in our fulfilment queue.

Yes. For institutional accounts we can consolidate ordering across departments and deliver to multiple sites. We support repeat orders using the same SKUs for consistent supply across your network. Speak to us about setting up a standing supply arrangement if your organisation requires ongoing procurement.

Prescription lens options are not currently available through our bulk order program. Individual prescription orders can be placed through our standard product pages. If prescription compatibility for team orders is a requirement for your institution, please contact us — this is an area we are actively developing.

Our full core product range is available for bulk orders including Square, Round, Rectangle, Cat Eye, Aviator, and Shield shapes. All standard colours and lens options (clear, tinted) are available. We can assist with selecting the most appropriate configuration for your clinical environment and team profile during the enquiry process.
