Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your CliniSpecs purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return. Where a return relates to a faulty or non-conforming product, or another circumstance covered by Australian Consumer Law, CliniSpecs will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer rights. Institutional, wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to separate commercial terms agreed at the time of purchase.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply in full regardless of any stated policy. These rights cannot be excluded or limited.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Custom or prescription orders may be subject to separate conditions.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any items. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs where applicable. Once your return is received and assessed, any approved refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
